@Truth Bombs: oh! I wasn't clear- I mean who he can offend and still stay in office, still get votes. But no, on an international level, I think he is so full of himself he can't see what he's doing.

@Foodnerd81: yeah and I get that argument in terms of how he's polling, I just don't think it applies to the discussion of whether or not we should be concerned about Nuclear War.
