Ours is business casual if you don't have external, client facing meetings which is always suit/tie/etc.
Jeans day Fridays!
But every Oct/Nov we run a huge charity event for United Way and you can pay to wear jeans every day for 6 weeks!

Yes, but it's really vague at times and at the whim of our principal to email random people and say something is inappropriate. She especially gets crazy on pregnant ladies.

Officially, it is business casual. There is a list of prohibited articles, like sports jerseys, jeans, overalls, mens shoes with no socks.
You see a LOT of people in suits though, especially senior level managers and anyone client facing.

@mrsjyw: dude, we have the exact same thing! lol! Business casual unless it's something super important, jeans on Fridays and from Canadian Thanksgiving through Xmas for United Way Donations.

Business casual. No tights as pants (yup that's an official policy), spaghetti straps, off the shoulder tops... you get the gist. We have casual Fridays every week where we can wear jeans, but have to donate $2. The money goes to our charity of choice each month.

Business casual, casual Fridays.
During the week: no jeans, tshirts, sneakers, flip flops or work boots.
Except today - it's Red Sox rally day! We're wearing our Red Sox gear to cheer on the home team. (The company has season tickets and I have a few coworkers that are going tonight!)

@HellOnHeels: Ours is pretty much the same way. Business casual with jeans day on Friday if you donate $2.

At the home office casual wear and jeans are acceptable, but many people dress more like business casual. For my role we adress logo wear business casual or preofessional business (suit).

Business casual but more casual unless we have clients in the office.

We used to be business casual with jeans on Friday. Now, we're jeans and tennis shoes 24/7!! Love it!!

Business casual which is very broad! To some that means dress slacks and a blouse with cardigan, to others it is khakis and a decent top. There is a huge array here!
Jeans only on Saturdays.

I don't think we really have a dress code. Most people on my side of the house (engineering) are pretty casual. People who are more customer facing tend to be more dressed up. Software companies are always a weird mix like that.

No dress code that I know of
casual every day! woot! I wore a baseball jersey and jeans and tennis shoes to work on Monday

No dress code in general, they only ask that we dress in business casual if we have a client coming into the office which happens rarely.

Scrubs on clinic days, business casual on meeting days. Must always wear medical-type clogs and a lab coat.

Every day is casual. Super casual. I work for a pharmaceutical lab, so pretty much everyone is in jeans/hoodies/tennis shoes. I wear flats, a nice top, and jeans and I get told I look too dressed up!

Not really. We have to be presentable enough to be in front of students, but that's about it. If I wear jeans, I wear them with boots or ballet flats. We only dress up if we have to give a presentation. I also dress up if I need my students to know I mean business, like when I'm about to hand back really bad grades. When my classmates pull out a suit, you know their students are in for it!
