If someone is reading it, super easy, but people mishear it all the time So I always spell it out, especially on the phone.

My maiden name was really easy, a large Texas city, but we still would get the occasional mispronunciation due to a street in NYC.

My maiden last name was hyphenated and a little out of the ordinary but my last name now is pretty common/easy so I can't imagine people pronouncing it wrong.

My maiden name was really weird and I've only met 2 people in my life who got it right first try (if they were reading it). My married name is totally normal though, so I guess I traded up?
