Usually my lunch is enough, but today I am extra starving. (Must be the whole pregnancy thing)
I've had an extra orange (office keeps fruit available all the time), a handful of peanut m&ms, and a cup of decaf (usually satiates my hunger for a while). I am still dyyying of hunger. Ugh, 2 more hours until I can leave.
I've tried keeping snacks at my desk, but then I just eat them when I'm not hungry - too many total extra calories and it gets expensive!! I have zero self control with snacks, so I just don't buy any.
Maybe I just need boring snacks... celery sticks, carrots and almonds? Haha!
What do you guys keep around for snacks at work or home?
