Thanks ladies - water breaking seems to have worked. Walked two 45min spells, and contractions are coming now, some are pretty awful, other small. FX I've dilated more next time they check, and won't need pitocin.

@Mrs. Champagne: Congrats! Do you know if you're the first of the July Mama's to have your LO or did somebody else have an early one first? Just curious!

So I'm around 7 cm dilated now!
I was trying for natural delivery but I don't know if the drugs made it worse or fact 90% of it was in my back but I caved and got a epidural... best decision ever!
I'm progressing quicker then the nurse expected and warned me - she had said it might not be till the wee morning hours of tomorrow but now she said probably closer to dinner time tonight! Hope to see my lo soon.

@RKitty: I was having back labor, and got epidural at 5, and it was best decision ever! (I wasn't going for natural but had hoped to make it further)

@RKitty: you are going to have that baby in your arms soon! I gave birth med free to DS1, but For DS2 I ended up with an epidural when I reached 8cm. I delivered an hour after getting the epidural. It was such a relief.
