Any ideas for a fun way that we could tell our parents what the baby is? Our ultrasound is tomorrow and we are picking up DS from MILs right after, I can't come up with a fun way to tell her when we get there!

I found out today and just called and told them they are going to have a grandson. But I guess I'm boring that way

@ElbieKay: We might just end up telling them, I can't help wishing I had time to do something creative but I don't think they will be too happy to wait longer. Since we are picking DS up I think we need to tell them right away
@Mrs. Pen: That would be hilarious!!! Hmm, I will have to see if DH would go for that idea

My friend gave her daughter a lollypop in the color of her second baby's gender... maybe bring a lollypop or something for LO in the color of the new baby's gender and then allude to your mom about it?

Maybe if it is a girl pick up two bottles of nail polish that are the same and say this is so your MIL and the new baby girl can have matching nails. Or a necklace to give the baby, or something else girly
It it is a boy perhaps a baseball glove or basketball, to play with later?

We wrapped up hair bows and bow ties ahead of time, then just grabbed the right bag after the ultrasound and had our moms open them. Inexpensive, but it did the trick!

What about wearing a big silly pink bow when you get out f the car or your husband could get out with a big blue necktie?

What about stopping and picking up a pink or blue balloon and give it to your LO?

Thanks for all the ideas ladies!
@kjpugs: I didn't have any time to go to the store for anything so we took a stuffed animal that my mom gave me for this baby and took along blue and pink ribbons to tie around its neck and a gift bag to hide it in. I thought maybe DS would like pulling it out, but he could have cared less. Both of our parents thought it was really cute though and were excited!
