Her: Oh good, you definitely dont need to gain any weight.
*Awkward silence*
Her: You probably won't really get a bump.
Wtf? I get that I'm overweight and that my bump will not be as prominent and perfectly basketball shaped as others' but omg!!

Ew. People lose their filters around pregnant women. One of my husband's colleague's said she didn't think she'd be able to sit on the couch beside me at a party because my hips were widening. So I feel ya.

It was the most awkward/angering conversation I've had in a long time. Thankfully this is the second time I've spoken to her since announcing. She's not around often, she has a different schedule than most of us.
I just don't understand her goal, aside from being a beeeotch.
What made it even worse was another coworker had commented an hour or two earlier about how my bump was popping out. Idk how one person thinks my bump is noticeable and another thinks I'm just fat
