Banana Pudding, pound cake with strawberries and whipped cream. Not sure if they scream Easter but their two that we usually have.

We are making strawberry shortcakes because strawberries have been crazy cheap here lately. Yum!

CARROT CAKE

pound cake+fresh berries+vanilla whipped cream. You can add lemon curd, too

I'm bringing a white cake with strawberry curd and buttercream.

This also doesn't scream Easter, but it screams spring/summer for me! It's like a strawberry jello mousse, and is delicious if you're looking for something refrigerated.

3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (0.3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor (or any flavor really) Gelatin
1 cup 8 oz container of frozen strawberries
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
2 cups strawberries, sliced, divided

ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in large serving bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add frozen strawberries (still frozen); stir until syrup is completely melted and strawberries are thawed. Gently fold in 1-1/2 cups each COOL WHIP and berries.

SPOON into dessert dishes. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

TOP with remaining COOL WHIP and berries just before serving.

Carrot cake!! I've seen a really cute rolled up one (pinwheel effect) on Pintrest.

Yet another carrot cake! It's my favorite. I even made it for Thanksgiving and got made fun of for it being the "wrong holiday"

We're just doing eggless vanilla cupcakes with whipped cream frosting and brownies because it'll be easy for the kids to help bake.

I've been making a ricotta cake for my restaurant this week. It's a traditional italian easter dessert. Basically a cross between cheesecake and rice pudding. Really good and very easy!!

White cake with vanilla frosting and topped with coconut with a tiny bit of green dye added. Add a few jelly beans to each slice. Tradition in my family!

Rice Krispies! Will be a kid pleaser

I made lemon pound cake last year, which was yummy. If you google it, Martha Stewart's recipe should come up. You can serve plain, or top with raspberries or strawberries. This year I'm going to the bakery to pick up assorted Italian cookies.. Much easier

We are having rice pudding. Sometimes we do a trifle.

I'm not sure that it's Eastery but I'm making lemon sugar cookies and homemade vanilla bean ice cream.

I made a lemon blueberry cake for today....then left it at home on the counter. So we're eating it tomorrow instead.
