I made a lemon tiramisu--with amaretto, lady fingers, mascarpone/whipped cream and a whole lot of lemon curd, topped with toasted almonds. It was a hit!

Out of boredom I actually made fresh hot cross buns today. Used the Pioneer Woman's recipe, but used homemade cream cheese frosting on top instead of her royal icing recipe. SO GOOD.
