We have our first appointment with our new pediatrician this week and I am so nervous.
DH and I didn't jive with our last one so after 7mo of being disappointed we chose a new one.
Have you had the same pedi for your LO or did you switch?

We're switching. This pedi is our last opportunity for a pedi in the town we live in so I'm VERY nervous. So nervous we're waiting till P's 12 months appt to have our first appt... that way if it doesn't work I'll atleast have her 12 month taken care of & won't have to worry again until 18 months.

Do you mind me asking why you are switching?
We are because of the views to CIO and cosleeping. Pedi has been pressuring me to CIO saying that cosleeping is not a long term option.

@littlebittyhouse: We got fired for declining fluoride & not complying with solids after 6 months (she was no where near ready until after 9 months... still growing on her growth curve but low %). I'm only upset that we didn't fire him first. We never talked about sleeping arrangement or pattern but considering him wanting me to refuse giving her the breast I'm sure if he did know he'd have had something to say.

We switched DD from her pediatrician to our family doctor when she was six months, and then we just switched both kids a few months ago when we moved a couple states over. Now we just bought a house in the next town over, and we're trying to decide if we need to switch again! Finding a good pediatrician is so stressful!

We've kept the same but we love her. If we didn't, or if she didn't mesh will with how we wanted to parent we would have looked for someone else.

we kept the same one so far, LO is 10 months. we really like her.
