I lost about 10-12 lbs this year (mostly from May-September), and have maintained that for the last several months. I am ready to hit it hard again though now that I'm done with school.
Here's some questions to get us started!
(1) How much weight would you like to lose? (tangible goal of maybe three months)
(2) How are you planning to achieve that goal?
(3) What exercise/diet are you currently doing?
(4) Which part of your body would you like to focus on the most?
(5) How are you planning to treat/reward yourself for achieving your goal?
