It was announced today that Channing Tatum and his wife had a baby girl that they named Everly. I love the name Everly and it has been on my short list for quite some time but all day I have been listening to reporters cringe and express their dislike of the name. I never thought it would be that polarizing of a name so I am curious to know others unbiased opinions....yay or nay?

I think it's adorable and has edge but a sophisticated femininity. I will admit I wasn't a fan when I first heard it.
It's definitely rising in popularity though so I likely wouldn't use it.

I love it! Anthony Kiedis (of the Red Hot Chili Peppers) named his son Everly. I think it's a great name for a boy or girl (though I think it's more common for a girl than boy!)

A friend of mine from college named her daughter that, spelled the same and I thought it was cute! Different but not weird. She's pissed now though because it won't be as original haha
