We found out today at an ultrasound to test for soft markers for downs syndrome, that our little guy is actually a girl! She looked at least a dozen times to be sure, and said "I don't know what that other woman was looking at, because that is for sure a vagina."
Yay! Two girl household. My husband is so screwed.

That's crazy! How far along were you when they told you boy, and how far along are you now? One of my friends found out at 32 weeks that the little boy she thought she was having was actually a little girl!

Girl to boy for me! She said 100% girl and was 100% wrong.... I was a little sad because I had gotten used to the idea of a girl, but I quickly moved on!

ETA: I did get an extra scan out of it - they felt so guilty that they told me I could have one at 24 week to re-confirm!

@lovely plum: I was a little upset at first.. in fact, I cried. Not because I'm unhappy to have another girl, but because I had gotten so attached to our little guy! I'm excited now, but it will probably take a couple days to really set in.

@raspberries: I was almost 16 weeks when we found out it was a boy, and I am 20 weeks as of today. She said that what the other lady must have thought was a penis was actually our little ladys labia.

My SIL was told girl for baby #4 (1, 2 and 3 are all girls), then was later told boy. He is in fact a boy.

Whoa!! When were you told girl, and how far along are you now??
My wishful thinking brain is like, "Maybe this will happen to us!" But my rational side is remembering that you could pretty clearly see balls on our ultrasound and i pretty much looked just like our older son's, haha.

@wonderstruck: I was 16 weeks when we found out boy, and now I'm 20 weeks (I was supposed to be 21 tomorrow, but they adjusted my dates today).
It's crazy, I am still shocked!
