Help! Anyone have any suggestions for packing lunches in the 1st trimester? I am a teacher and only have a very short break in the middle of the day. I bring all kinds of different things with me to snack on throughout the day, but when it's time to eat them nothing sounds good. Maybe this is a dumb question, since cravings/aversions are not easy to plan around, but any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!
I tried to have some the other night because DH and I didn't want to cook, and I gagged trying to eat it.
