Alright, I need ideas. I started experiencing some minor pelvic girdle pain at the end of April/early May (11-14ish weeks along). It came and went, but wasn't too awful. I'll be 20 weeks on Friday and am starting to panic... I'm in paaaain.

I'm almost 100% positive that it's pelvic girdle pain, specifically the back right of my pelvis (anterior sacroiliac joint). It hurts to walk (it'll "give out" from time to time), stand, sit, lay... The Google basically just says that "giving birth" is the only cure-all, and in the meantime, just find ways to deal. I caved and bought a Snoogle, which is freakin' awesome, but for the other 16 hours a day that it's not socially acceptable to lay with a massively-oversized pillow, I'm struggling.

Anyone dealt with this during their pregnancy? Any suggestions of how to manage it (stretches, massage techniques, heat/cold/, belts, etc.)?!
