LO 4 uses actually and probably a lot these days. It cracks me up!
"Actually, you can paint when you sit down."
What are some words that you hear a lot right now?

LO is two and says "hey hey hey" whenever he wants our attention or something doesn't go his way!

DS is 19 months
He says read that!
Boo boo (for nursing)
Water (he loves to play in it and swim)
And lie down (when he's tired)
He also said cantelope today when I was feeding him some!!

When I tell him to do something he doesn't want to do: "That's not the plan. Here's the plan..."

B starts all his sentences with "um, maybe", which makes me laugh because it makes him sound really sarcastic. He also has started saying "oh man!" which I love.

She likes to say Seriously a lot. She also likes making deals.
Me: let's clean up and then we can have a snack.
DD: seriously? Here's my deal - you give me a snack and then I will clean up. Promise!
She's 3.5.

@oliviaoblivia: @808love: you have some John McEnroe fans at home huh!?
My LO says actually and "I told you ____" a lot. We have been working on stopping the "I told you".

We have lots of Actually here too- it cracks me. Especially when she corrects us- actually, it's green.
Also she repeats my phrasing a lot- the baby was whining and my just turned three year old goes, G, I've asked you several times, stop whining!
And "are you happy?" This gets asked every time I get annoyed.

"Poopy" is the name of all the things recently. Cousins, imaginary friends, lego people, little people, stuffed animals, they are all named Poopy.

Everything is "literally" over here. LO uses it as literally, and as a sub for usually.
"Literally, I eat red apples!"

Myself! As in I DO IT MYSELF!!!! All day every day.
There's also a lot of talk of pee, poop, potty, and butts right now.

"Just". It is driving me crazy.
"I just have to use the potty."
"I just done with dinner."
"I just don't want to."
"I just tired."

hahaha.. J likes to describe things as 'amazing' and 'delicious'. Yesterday we were at the mall in BBW and "mama, mama, smell this! it's AMAZING, it smells so DELICIOUS!!"
he's also been saying that things 'disgust' him.. not a fun one

LO is coming up on 4 and her favorites are "actually" "awkward" <with a sly smile>, but momma just listen, and "did you know..."
LO2:
Meak (milk) and UGH UGH UGH (up up up)

DS is 22 months and he says "no thank you" all the time and it cracks us up. He says it appropriately, but also if he is upset and doesn't want to DO something he cries and says "no thank you no thank you" over and over.
"Goodness" is also a new one this week. Anything that happens good or bad he goes "oh goodness!"
And one of our favorites is when he wants us to do something again (tickling or tossing him up and down in the pool, for example) he says "more again!"

I ask her if she can do something for me and she'll reply "of course!" - love it.
Anything she doesn't like, or is unhappy someone did to her (like her brother trying to steal her food), she'll go "no thank you!"
She picks all this up from daycare. It totally cracks me up

Mostly just "poop" words right now...:/.
But "actually" is definitely a funny one. And he's started saying "television" instead of TV.

"WHAT in the World?!?" cracks me up.
@katsupgirl: My 3.5 year old is also super into negotiating deals right now. That's basically what my husband does for a living and he says getting through the morning routine with her warms him up and makes sure he brings his A game to the office

@Truth Bombs: that's awesome! Nothing like those early morning negotiations to get you ready for the day.

DS keeps hugging my bump and saying "I love you baby" ️. The first couple times he said it I asked if he loved Mommy or the baby and he said the baby, lol. And when I call him Sweetie Pie he hugs me and says, "No you're MY sweetie pie". Love this affectionate stage. Hopefully he still loves us after baby arrives, lol.
