I have PCOS and was recently diagnosed as insulin resistant and prediabetic. I just started a low carb diet, C25k and metformin. I lost a couple pounds in the first week (which is much needed). I was surprised (but so happy) to find out that I'm pregnant. After IF for our first child this couldn't be more welcome

I'm still concerned about my weight and my sugar levels. I see a endo that specializes in pregnancy next week but I was wondering if anyone has been in my shoes or has any tips? I'm going to walk instead of run and stick with the metformin until I see my doctor.
