@lazypanda: I want so badly to have a "Pregnant and Anxious: Pregnancy After IF/Loss" (or similar) board for the next time I am pregnant. Does this sound like something that would be up your alley? Wishing you a blessed and sane (anxiety-free, if that's even possible ) 9 months!!!

@lazypanda: beautiful lines! I know the chemical pain all too well but sounds like things are looking good from your tests . . . can't wait to hear some awesome betas!

it's funny that several of us on here got BFPs on a break. like there is something interesting to revving up with the meds and then getting a little break. I so hope this is it for you!

I am doing pretty well, just had to get used to the idea that in TX you don't go outside too much in hottest summer! thankful for a January baby when we can cuddle up in sweaters at home. just bought some special little boy things including a little train sweater he might wear home from the hospital.

@Happygal: I'm on kid #2 post-IF and I still have those feelings. I then feel guilty about them because I already have one beautiful child! it hasn't happened to me in real life lately but even celebrities it will bother me. IF just changes you no matter what your outcome is.

@FaithFertility: aw so sweet. are you noticing hiccups yet? I thought that was the sweetest thing (but don't remember when it started).

@bhbee: Not yet, but I hope I do!!! Having an anterior placenta masks a lot of her movements, I feel her a lot more, but def not like other people say they do!

  7. bhbee

@FaithFertility: I have anterior placenta this time too, but I think you will still feel it!

@bhbee: Hope so! Are you feeling your little guy? I feel her if she moves low or to the sides, mostly when I'm sitting or laydown!

@FaithFertility: I felt it pretty early this time even with the anterior placenta. your uterus must just be different the second time! but I agree more so low or on the side. I am wondering what it will be like once baby is bigger - will you still be able to see the body parts moving and such that I did last time. when she was head down at the end we could watch her little behind swivel one side to the other

@FliegepilzHut: I would totally love to be on that thread! Getting the BFP yesterday is making me realize that there is a sense of loss of support from those who are still going through the fertility treatments. Having the BFP is kind of a no man's land. I wouldn't want to make others feel worse about their experience of an IF graduate by being on the IF check in thread. I've lurked on the due date threads during the TWW & have thought, I'm not sure if I would be able to join that in the future because I wouldn't know if the green monster of IF would make me bitter towards those who got pregnant so easily. I think your idea is great & would be like the intermediary between full blown due date threads & being an IF clinic graduate. I still need to make sure this baby (-ies?) sticks before I think of anything more though.

@bhbee: @FaithFertility: reading your posts makes me smile & wish that I'll be able to experience the kicks and hiccups.

@lazypanda: That settles it then! As inappropriate as it feels, I may start that thread...I'm sure a lot of us have been there! I'm continuing to think all kinds of good thoughts for you and your LO(s)!!!

@FliegepilzHut: I would like it. I'm at 7 1/2 weeks after two chemical pregnancies and I am just waiting for something to happen. I am terrified every day and there is no indication that anything will go wrong.

@brownie: Do you prefer "Pregnant and Terrified" or "Pregnant and Anxious (As Heck)"? I'm so sorry this is the reality (for so many of us)... Sending and !!!

@FliegepilzHut: I don't know that I have a preference. It would just be nice not to be alone.

@brownie: I am so sorry you feel that way, I did too.....after 2 CPs I was soo scared and still have a bit of that stick with me at 24weeks although all is going great! Hang in there every week I felt a little better!!!!!!

@sweetooth: Thanks! I'm going to try to participate a little more.

@TheReelDeal: I keep reminding myself of that too. I hope getting the anatomy scan helps and really I think once I start feeling movement I will feel a little better.

@lazypanda: I'm so excited for you! Congrats! Praying for a sticky baby!

@Happygal: I feel that way too. My DH's best friend just announced they are due a week after us and when he talked to him this weekend he said it only took a couple months and I felt angry still.

Ladies, I sort of was freaking out yesterday so DH took me for an elective ultrasound and we got to see our LO flipping around and opening it's mouth. It was so incredible. The lady even got a shot of the sex but she wrote it down and put it in an envelope not to be opened until DH's birthday on September 25! I can't wait that long!!!! Gah! But I felt so much better getting to see the baby and knowing it's ok, measurements were all on track and looking good. Hopefully the same can be said at my anatomy scan in a few more weeks.

@lazypanda: wooo hooo awesome BFP! Congrats

Hello all. Boy, do I need this group! I got my BFP yesterday at 5dp5dt after my first IVF cycle. I POASed again today and I still have a really faint line, not the bold line I was hoping to see. I've been having AF-like cramps all morning. I hope that's not a bad sign. My beta is Friday.

@macintosh: OMG!!! Congrats! Try not to worry too much about the cramping. That happened to me (and lots of people here) before and after my BFP, it's just implantation/uterus stretching. When do you have your beta?

  24. lazypanda

    kiwi / 636 posts

@brownie: congrats! I'm happy to hear that there are a couple of BFPs recently! When is your estimated due date?

@tequiero21: thank you! I'd love to have twins but I'll be more than happy with one. I think I O'd twice this cycle which made me think of twins (& having a pretty solid line at potentially 9 DPO).

@MrsTal: thank you! I re-posted the pix of your card & nail polish for last week's check-in thread. Maybe that was my additional bit of luck? and so amazing to hear about your u/s experience of seeing your LO opening and closing his/her mouth.

@macintosh: congrats!!! I'm excited for you. If mine sticks, maybe we'll be due around the same time & be able to go through this part of the roller coaster ride simultaneously.

I'll be going after work for beta #1, beta #2 is on Wednesday. My RE has already put in a prescription for me to take progesterone suppositories vaginally for the next 12 weeks as a precaution. I'm being cautiously optimistic as I'm still full of anxiety & worry that it might just be a fluke.

@brownie: Shutterbug took the words right out of my mouth. Glad to see you back and on this board!!

@FliegepilzHut: We... err, you guys, should definitely have a pregnancy board within the IF boards. I do wish some of you were more active. I feel better stalking this thread than the TTC due date threads. Having this new board would make me have less jealousy. The due date threads have so many users that are kinda unknown to me and it pains me to hear, that they TTC for 2 months and are now pregnant.

If you do think this is a good idea, I would suggest it at suggestions.hellobee.com

When I get pregnant, I hope to participate in the new board!

@MrsTal: maybe we should start an "Angry and Pregnant after IF" thread? Just kidding. I try to think of the ways this made us better, but sometimes it's still just hard.

I think I may be feeling the baby move? I'm just not sure. I'm getting pretty excited to find out what we're having!

@MrsTal: Yay to seeing your munchkin ahhh I had to wait 3days and I was dying....best of luck waiting isn't it awesome to see them on the screen I so wish we could do it weekly!!!!!!!

  33. lazypanda

    kiwi / 636 posts

@Happygal: I'll know in an hour since my RE provided me an in-house line so I could get my #s as soon as they enter it. I just got my blood drawn. I'm contemplating waiting until tomorrow because a part of me is scared for the results.

@bluestriped bee: I totally know what you mean about getting jealous with lurking on the due date threads & getting very jealous of those who are so lucky to be so happy & blissful without having to worry if it will stick or not.

  34. FaithFertility

    eggplant / 11861 posts

@bluestriped bee: I love this board and I am active on the Due date board, but I love the faces of those that understand and have been in my shoes, you all well get it, like why I would cry because I swelled my gum and freaked thinking it would hurt the baby.......sounds silly but I am so still fearful of things like that

    @tequiero21: Thank you again!

@MrsTal: Thank you. I'm trying not to worry too much, although I've been cramping all day. Beta is Friday!

@lazypanda: Yeah, due date twins! According to my estimate I'd be due May 7th. Hope you got a good beta number.

@FaithFertility: Thanks! I hope I get a bit of a darker line tomorrow. Remind me, how far along are you? How are you feeling?

@Happygal: Thank you. I never even realized about the cramps. I got a little nesty earlier and started unpacking books and I think I overdid it. So crampy!

@macintosh: due date twins, literally! If I go by when I think I O'd, I'll be due 5/7! If I go by LMP, it would be 4/30.

@FaithFertility: wow, more than half way there!
