    I'm thinking I missed the boat on getting in shape. Honestly, baby is so big, and I am in so much pain that even walking up the stairs has me gasping for breath. Too little too late?

    Going to keep up with the yoga, and I'll try to keep getting in some walks, but it's tough! Only 6 more weeks, I can make it!

    So...I am currently 9w...I had super high hopes for my first tri being different than last time but the nausea has reared its ugly head. I have done my best to maintain my 10K steps per day and 60 active minutes per my fitbit.

    Once I move into the second tri (and this icky-ness goes away) I plan to step it up and add in some videos 3-4 days a week!

    @Mrs. Oatmeal: I think walking and yoga are great! no need to go crazy at this point, it's def getting harder to do stuff with this big ole belly

    @Mrs D: sounds like a good plan! I didn't get started until really late in my pregnancy, but every little bit helps.
