Hello all,
I recently found out I was pregnant and am about to head to the supermarket to pick up the groceries for the week. But now I'm eating for two! (Well, one and an apple seed). There is a lot of info online about what not to eat when pregnant and plenty about what you should eat, but I thought I'd come to the bee boards and see how you real ladies are doing it!
I've seen some info on the Bradley Method/Brewer Diet and I think I'd like to try it.
What have you guys been eating? How are you keeping on top of your new nutrition needs?
