FYI, it's somewhat strenuous, so it's a great pregnancy workout. If you're looking for a more relaxing and meditative yoga DVD, then this probably isn't it.

This article is great for the first trimester. It's technically for teachers but if you're familiar with your asanas or have a regular home practice, this can help you really shape your practice and can be used long-term:
