I have the snoogle and love it more than anything! http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0000635WI/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_a_it?qid=1459537973&sr=8-1&keywords=snoogle&pi=SX200_QL40

I had the mini snoogle.. The normal one is just way too big for me to wrangle around to get comfortable.
Also, I ended up using my regular straight body pillow from Target a lot more too.

Oh also I used a body wedge at the end when I was huge and that helped!

I have the Snoogle. I like it, I guess. Nothing really helps my achy hips .

thank you for weighing in, ladies! I'm balking at the price, but at this point, i'm so uncomfortable trying to sleep that i'm willing to pay anything
does anyone know if the snoogle-type is more comfortable than the pillows that are more U-shaped? (like this one: http://www.amazon.com/Leachco-Belly-Contoured-Pillow-Ivory/dp/B0002E7DIQ/ref=sr_1_5_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1459539424&sr=8-5&keywords=maternity+pillow)

@pinkcupcake: I just used a king size pillow but I absolutely could not have used a snoogle. At the end of my pregnancy I was flipping between my left and right side all the time not because of my belly but because I was too warm! I would go with a U shaped one because it would be easier to switch sides since you could roll over and not move the pillow.

Snoogle hands down. I borrowed it free from a friend. Any chance you know someone who has it or is selling ?

snoogle with another pillow on the side where the opening was. My DH lovingly called it the sex blocker I almost didn't retire it after DS was born...I loved that pillow!!!!

The u shaped pillows will be more comfortable but they are huge. Seriously huge. If you want to be able to see or feel your SO, don't get a pillow that goes all the way around! My husband was threatened by my snoodle because I snuggled with it more than him!

Another Snoogle fan here! But your husband might not love it as much as you do - it's pretty much like a third body in bed

I hated the snoogle. Way too big for me (5'2). Second pregnancy, I just used regular pillow in front and behind me.

I loved and hated my Snoogle. It is the only thing that gave my hips relief but to extract myself at night to use the restroom was an exercise in frustration ( and also literally an exercise, haha!). I needed it because I"m a back sleeper, so it allowed me to have a back support without really being flat.

I also hated the Snoogle - it was too big and too firm. I just used a regular body pillow from Bed Bath and Beyond.

I couldn't justify the price of a pregnancy pillow and bought a $10 body pillow from target. (Same one linked above.)
As long as I put the pillow under my belly when I go to sleep, then it works great. I have it between my knees to help with my hips but also to hold it in place. Very happy with my decision.

I loved my $10 basic body pillow from Target. Super versatile as well!

The Snoogle immediately made me feel more comfortable, but it was too firm for prolonged use like sleeping through the night.

@pinkcupcake: I had that one, and it is ginormous! Despite the size, I loved it! It made sleep more comfortable, and my body ached without it. I let my sisters borrow it, and they didn't get much use out of it (pregnant in the summer). Surprisingly, I didn't have to use it with my second pregnancy. No aches!

I just use a basic body pillow! I think mine is from bed bath and beyond. It's helped sooo much with my hip pain.

I bought the snoogle and just ordered the mini snoogle. I'm going to figure out which one I like best. The snoogle seems pretty big and too firm for me (I'm 5'2) I'm hoping it flattens out a little but that is why I ordered the mini snoogle. I'm hoping that one is a little softer and may work for me since I'm smaller.
