I just need to complain. I take Zantac, we have the head of the bed elevated, I sleep on a pile of pillows for more elevation, I don't eat or drink before bedtime and I'm still waking up in the middle of the night with reflux. These next few weeks can't go by fast enough!

Do you have a bottle of gaviscon too? That was a lifesaver to top me up in the middle of the night. Hang on in there, it goes away the minute your baby's born!

It's killing me too! My induction on Monday can not come soon enough. There have been a few times I woke up crying to my husband that it felt like the baby was trying to crawl up my esophagus to get out!!

No suggestions just sympathy. It's been really bothering me too. I keep telling myself it's only temporary.

So sorry, I hated the last month of pregnancy reflux!

This has been the worst thing about this pregnancy. It was so bad one day that I layed down to go to sleep and didn't keep my head up high enough- I actually gagged enough that it made me puke, which then came out my nose-worst day ever.

I'm sorry:( this was me from 8months and on....
One thing I can tell you to hopefully give you hope: it goes away the minute baby is out and doesn't return! 2-3 days pp I finally realized it and I was like "omg-- I don't have reflux! I don't have heartburn!" It was awesome:)
