I catch myslef rubbing my belly I'm public a lot this past week 
Not sure if it's just I'm more aware since my pants are getting snug or that I look like I have a gut, so I sub consiously do it so people know it's a baby belly ;).......lol

I've only just started this and I'm 24 weeks, before this I think people would have thought I was rubbing as I'd eaten too much!

My brother in law pointed out that I rub my belly all the time, even with LO1. I can't help it. My theory: enjoy it while it lasts, pregnancy is so amazing (This coming from someone who throws up constantly the first 5+ months, still amazing!).

I had a co-worker who said he knew I was pregnant very early because I kept touching my belly (something I had never done before). Come to think of it, his wife had noticed it at our Christmas party because she said that women tend to be extra prone to touching their belly when they are pregnant!

I haven't told people yet, so I'm trying REALLY hard NOT to rub my belly at the moment because I don't want to draw attention to it! But that was definitely one of the things I LOVED about being pregnant and I can't wait for it to be out in the open and I can just rub my belly all day long!

unfortunately, I still find myself resting my hands on my belly, even with no baby in there

Ha, I have noticed that I'm rubbing my belly too. Although I tend to do it the most on the subway, so maybe I am subconsciously trying to get people to give the poor sick pregnant lady a seat? Ha.
Still, I like to think the little babe in there can sense me rubbing it and saying hi!

I'm a belly rubber for sure. A lot of the the time it's because of a pain I get in my right side, though
But I still rub her even if I don't have the pain!

I do this too! but mostly because my baby kicks all day and i like to feel it with my hand, I guess it's less of a rub, more like I like to rest my hand there when sitting, etc. I never thought I'd be "one of those" pregnant girls who constantly have their hand on their stomach but I can't help it!

I don't think I have rubbed my belly in public yet... just at home. It feels/looks like a big gut still, so I'm not at the point of constantly rubbing, haha.
