I'm curious if anyone could share a sample of what a daily menu might look like while they are pregnant (or were pregnant). I'm kind of concerned about eating healthy when I'm pregnant. Currently, I'm trying to diet, as I'm overweight, but I know I will need to stop dieting once I'm pregnant. I'm worried about eating too much and gaining too much weight while pregnant, as I have a very slow metabolism. How do you make sure you get all the necessary nutrients in a day without eating too much??
