It doesn't bother me at all. I think people say it without thinking. Obviously the husband knows he is not physically pregnant - and I don't think that my husband is belittling my suffering if he says it.
Now "we are in labor" would get a swift kick, but that's the only time I think I would mind the "we" usage with the whole pregnancy experience.

The day that my husband can share in the morning sickness, cramping, sore back, sore boobs, etc, is the day he can say we're pregnant. Until then.. we're having a baby.

I don't like it, but we will see it my mind changes when the time comes.
I don't mind "we are having a baby" though.
