We have a 4 year old and our younger gal turns 2 in just under 2 weeks, and we have NO IDEAS for her birthday. It's hard because our older gal got all the big things, and our house is spilling over with little things! PLUS we will be on a trip to Florida when she actually turns 2, so it either has to be a delayed/early gift OR something that we can easily transport.
Anyone have any awesome suggestions?

Oh fun! Our older daughter got one around that age too--and used it through until last summer--great gift!

Anything Melissa and Doug could be easily transportable. Little Boy loved the reversible chalkboard/ dry erase board and the firetruck puzzel most. He also got a wooden train set, just the basic one and instantly loved it.

Echoing @Baby Boy Mom: about anything Melissa & Doug. The alphabet puzzle is our biggest hit right now! I want to get him their counting clock too since he is also obsessed with numbers.

DD loved it around that age and if you are traveling soon it would be easy to take with you. Although DD did chew on/drink the water out of the pen as much as draw with it.

I love the travel toy idea--easy for us to take with us, and a great addition to our arsenal going into summer!
