I haven't bought anything, but will probably wear a rash guard.

I love Victoria's Secret's triangle tops with double string bottoms.
I might have to add this pattern to my collection.

I have the top three but am thinking of trading in the tankini for that bikini top since I think I'll be in the rash guard a lot...

@Leialou: Love that!!
I ordered this one The bottoms I ordered provide a little more coverage than the ones pictured.

I have never thought about getting a rash guard for myself! I totally need to look into it now.

I got this Ralph Lauren beauty for $30 from TJMaxx. It also has gold studs along the sides, and the halter is removable which I did take off. I'm confused, what's a rash guard!?!

No clue!! I need to go shopping but I don't want to

@locavore_mama: They are hard to find! Need another since LO has weekly swim lessons.

@Boogs: I know! The selection of affordable tops are pretty dismal. Even target isn't that cheap!
We have a pool so I foresee lots of pool time this summer!

The same ones I wear all the rest of the year.
@dc yoga bee: A rash guard is a shirt that's designed to prevent board rash. If you think about what surfers wear, they'll usually have some sort of tight shirt on if they're not in a wetsuit, because paddling out on a bare belly can result in a rash caused by friction between your skin and the waxed (and often salty/sandy) board. Non-surfers like them because they are typically made of UPF material.

@Reese: hahaha, I was going to say I'd be wearing a caftan but I like garbage bag better.

@locavore_mama: I just bought a tankini top with ruching (sp?) on the sides that was on sale at Target, in a larger size, and used it as a bathing suit during pregnancy, so much cheaper than a maternity suit!

I bought this tulle ruched suit from j. crew on clearance last summer and wore it all year. I will wear that again. (I have it in "guava" which is a brighter pink)
I also bought these high rise bottoms - but I want to lose a little more weight before I wear them. And I don't have a top for them yet.

I have the turquoise top and the patterned bottoms from VS. The bottoms are awesome!!!
@mediagirl: where is the bikini top from?
GOLD / wonderful pomegranate / 28905 posts
@MoonMoon: yeah, I've been trying to find a regular top that is more flowy. The problem wiht a tighter top with ruching is I have small boobs! So there will be lots of air space in a bigger size LOL

Old navy! And each piece was on sale for only $10! I've given up on buying $$$ bathing suits, I always seem to ruin them...

@locavore_mama: oh, didn't think of that! I always have the opposite problem, sadly

Here is my new maternity bathing suits. I will also wear my normal bakinis this summer when it is just DH and I camping.

@locavore_mama: No kidding. We only use them for a season so it stinks to pay so much.

This in navy!
Uhh it looks super different on me. I fill the top out way much more (too much really) and my figure is really straight (not like this model with the tiny waist and curvy hips). But it's still flattering and I like how I can pull the sides down over the tops of my thighs.

gah, so many cute bikinis. I wish I could wear them!
I have these two. And i've been waffling over these last two for awhile! I DON'T KNOW WHICH ONE I WANT.

Bought this one last summer, shortly postpartum - it did a pretty good job hiding all the leftover baby weight. Will continue to wear it this summer!

@mrskc: @Sammyfab: Athleta, all parts. Expensive but suuuper great quality.

@mrs. wagon: I have the same suit, in navy also, that is going to be one of my suits.
The others are from Athleta. Plus rash guards, if we ever make it to the beach.

@running elle, LOL no way! It's freya. I only laugh because I cannot fit into VS without looking like a porn stuff. Their stuff is TINY
@grizz, Yep it's Dreamer! I thought about it last night and am going to order it. Free returns if it isn't great. FYI, #2 doesn't have padding in it. I was SO sad when I got my orange one in. Hello mama needs nipple padding! I ended up sliding old swimsuit pads in the chest. It fits AWESOME, though

@mediagirl: OMG I love that top suit!!!
Do you have thin legs? I ask because I don't and am wondering if those bottoms would look horrible on me!
