What did you (or what will you) wear to your baby shower?
Mine is April 1 but it will still be cold in New England. I'll be 32 weeks then. I bet/hope some cute styles will come out in the next month or so, but in the meantime, show me what you are wearing!

I'm curious to see this too! My shower is the beginning of Feb and I'll be 35 weeks. It's also a cold one here. I'd like to wear something a little more dressier, but I have no ideas!

This dress that Gwen Stefani is wearing is that dress I wore to my baby shower. I bought it at Pea in a Pod during one of their sales.

I had no idea when my shower was. I was totally caught off guard too because there were so many things going on I had on black capris and a cute top, it was a brunch hosted in my parents yard.

I feel like a slob! At my baby shower, I wore capris and a t-shirt. I think I was too big and hot to put so much thought into it. I wanted to look cute and adorable but I failed!

I have a black crossover front v-neck dress from Banana Republic that I'll probably wear with tights and maybe a scarf or a sweater. I tried to find a link, but it looks like they aren't selling it anymore. It's actually not a maternity dress, but it's super stretchy, and it has a little bit of side rouching, which makes it a great maternity dress... and I'll probably still be able to wear it afterwards If I don't wear that, then I need to go shopping this weekend b/c my shower is next weekend!

My shower is February 4 (I'll be 30 weeks) and I just ordered a dress from Destination Maternity. It's a wrap dress but I can't get on their site right now 8-( I'll post a link once I can get on the site though!

@banana: Thanks! I'm excited about it. I was happy all the Spring lines came out since I really wanted to wear a happy color and all the winter clothes tend to be dark.

I got my dress at a consignment shop in the beginning of my pregnancy because I loved it so much. But I didn't have anywhere to wear it, so I wore it to my shower and that's it. It was purple with very flowy material, with white flowers on the top. Very comfy.

I wore a navy dress from Motherhood. They don't sell it on their site anymore, but it had a ruffle collar and it was a wrap style. I'm trying to see if I can find a picture so I can link to.

Aww, I love all the cute dresses! I think I am not going to have a shower, but have a baby party soon after baby is born (since family wants to fly in to meet the baby). I think I will wear this dress (that I already have)---wore it while pregnant and I think it will hide the belly well--I hope. Not really nursing friendly, so I may reconsider..

Our baby shower was a huge co-ed party with burgers and beer. Think 40-50 people! So I wore a black top with white polka dots and maternity jeans. I'd love a small, intimate, girly shower for our next baby with no presents or games... just an excuse for me and my closest girlfriends to get dressed up and go to brunch together

@Winniebee I am pretty small but when pregnant cowl necks have the same effect on me. I guess my chest is too big for them?

@ecogirl: yep, I think it has to do w/ having a short torso (I'm only 5'2) b/c while my boobs are bigger, I'm only a full C....so it shouldn't be that bad!

I wore the Rosie Pope Montauk Dress a tmine last year. I love that dress, And the way its cut, I can still wear it with a low belt now! I love her stuff for that reason.
