Here's ours. It's nothing too fancy. My great grandfather carved the nativity set.

We moved and our new mantle is giant so our normal decor isn't quite enough but it works.

Here's mine - we retiled the fireplace last weekend and added trim/painted this morning. Then my photoshop expert of an aunt came over and we're making christmas cards with pictures she took (this one is just from my cell phone)

I got a garland from Michael's today and added it. I like it, even though it isn't lighted. It feels very Christmasy in our house now!

@travellingbee: @raspberries: Thanks!! I stole the idea for the sign from YHL back from one of their christmas cards when they were pregnant the first time.
My mom made the stockings a couple years ago and also made a "template" so she can make more of the same exact shape for future babies. So excited to have another one up there next year!!
