If you have/had horrible sinus headaches, how did you treat them?

Tylenol doesn't touch the pain. I've done sinus rinses. I don't think I'm congested (just swollen), so that's not really helping. Plus it's up in my head so far the rinse doesn't touch it.

Heat and cold packs help, but only for a little bit.

I tried sudafed, but it kept me from sleeping and then I got a headache from being tired.

Help!

I've had chronic sinus issues and had surgery to widen them, but now I feel like I never had the surgery. It's been pretty much daily for the last week, and today has been the worst.

I've been sleeping with nose strips, that helped at first. I sent DH for Flonase and vapor rub. Any other suggestions?

I'm in my second tri and my doctor said some Advil "should" be ok, but I don't like his use of the word should...
