I signed up to bring s'mores to our work party. I wanted to take in something healthier but I just wont have the time and this is so easy, I plan to just buy the hershey smore kit. We have over the range microwave ovens that have grill features so I believe thats okay for melting the chocolate right? Any tips or suggestions? Anything extra I should bring?

If you have a regular microwave you can put one cracker, the chocolate and a marshmallow (though the minis work better - use 9 of them) and turn it on for 8-13 seconds depending on how hot your microwave cooks, they're perfect! Do it on a paper towel or a plate and then add the other cracker when you're done!
Not like I make s'mores often or anything ..

Pro tip: Buy those cookies that already have chocolate on them! Easiest and least messy s'mores ever! I brought these to a church event and they were a huuge hit! We had a firepit to roast the marshmallows.
