I'm not pregnant yet, and have had a very faint linea negra for as long as I can remember. Do they just appear out of nowhere or have you always had a faint one?

IMO I have a very dark one but never had ANY sort of line. I'd imagine when you get pregnant that you'll get a dark one too since you already kind of have a line.

Yes I have always had a faint one below my belly button. Now it's darker and extends up my whole belly.

Yikes...so it'll get really dark AND go up my whole belly?

Mine just appeared out of nowhere. It only seems to go up to my belly button though and doesn't extend past it.

@spaniellove: haha yeeeeah...but don't worry it goes away a little while after birth and honestly-it doesn't bother me any more. I only have 5.5w to go so at this point the Linea and I are best buds.
