I can't get off the couch. Help.
So I'm 6+2. About the only symptom I'm having is fatigue. Made worse by the fact that I can't get to sleep at night because my mind is going crazy with worry about the pregnancy, all the stuff I have to do before our Halloween party on Sat. and all the stuff I need to do before I leave for NJ on Tuesday! Plus a Girl Scout "hike" on Sunday. Gah! (Can I just fast forward to Tuesday?)
To make matters worse, deli platters and the like do not exist here, that I know of. I've never even seen a bag of baby carrots here. I have to cut up every. single. gosh-darned. carrot stick. It all just feels so overwhelming!
When I come home from dog-walking, (and errands if I'm feeling extra adventurous) I say to my self, "Ok I'll just rest here for a half hour or so....." Then 2 hours later I'm still sitting/laying here.
So the main point of this whiny post was to ask, do you have any remedies to this fatigue? Any magic food I can eat that will put some pep in my step, and get my ass off the couch?!
