I thought it might be nice if we had a thread where people list the little tips and tricks that work for them to help reduce anxiety or make them feel comforted during times of need. Please add if you have anything!
Whenever I am upset or can't sleep, I try to visualize my daughter as a newborn baby, swaddled up and cozy in my arms, and she's drifting off to sleep. It always helps me feel relaxed.
