Do you like stuffing cooked in the turkey (or chicken) or in a separate dish (aka 'dressing')?
I think the stuffing tastes way better cooked inside, but I know there are a lot of reasons not too-- the bird doesn't cook as evenly, risk of bacteria, blah blah blah. But I think it's also because I haven't had much good, well seasoned, separate dish. So which do you prefer?
