I really want to be Team Green for this pregnancy but my husband asked me last night if we can find out the gender. He even mentioned that he wouldn't mind paying for an optional ultrasound at week 16 just to find out. I was a little bummed but happy that he is so excited about the baby. Also, he rarely expresses a strong opinion about anything so I will just go along with it! 
Are there any other Team Green drop outs out there?

I was. We had to get a CVS due to popping out of the screening algorithm so we decided we wanted to know what the X's and Y's were. We were really happy we did!

We considered team green, but then I thought about how much more fun stuff there is to buy in non-gender neutral colors and I haven't looked back! Either way, you'll be surprised when you find out, whether at 16 weeks or birth!

When I get pregnant, DH would want to find out, and I want to be team green. I'm going to have to come up with better reasons than, I want to be surprised! I really do want to wait though, so I think he's going to have to deal with it.

We were team green until a few days before our anatomy scan. I just couldn't take not knowing any longer so we found out. I'm so glad we did!

@Mrs. Jacks: If we have a big complication, I would want to know. I think it would make me feel like I had some extra time with the baby. Though for now I'm loving not knowing!

i was all for team green and as our anatomy scan got closer, my husband also started the campaign to find out. I tried holding out, but as he talked about it, and was so excited, he also devised a super fun way to find out the sex, so I gave in... I'm glad we did too

I toyed with the idea of being Team Green when we were TTC, but DH was really against it. And now that I actually know what we're having, it's much more fun shopping! Post when you find out yeah?!

Us! Husband really wanted to be Team Green, but there was no way I could have handled it We debated it all of the first trimester, and there were a few times when I *thought* I could do it, but ultimately, I said I couldn't stand the suspense.

I would love to be team green with the next baby but pretty certain that curiosity will get the best of me. It might be fun to keep it a secret from family and friends though. Hehe.
