So, with this being my third pregnancy you think I wouldn't be crazy about this but I am! I'm 19 weeks 3 days and I have gained about 15 lbs so far, which isn't too bad (with previous pregnancies I gained about 50lbs with both), but that isn't my concern. Last month I gained 7 lbs. SEVEN POUNDS!!! So I decided to go on a diet and really watch what I was eating, in three weeks I didn't gain a pound, and then starting Friday I stopped being ridiculous about calorie counting and just ate what I was hungry. I gained 4 lbs. FOUR POUNDS IN FIVE DAYS. This is not normal, right? What am I doing wrong? Do I really need to meticulously calculate what I am eating in order to not gain too much? Ugh, I'm so frustrated with myself.
