I was sound asleep (worked night shift last night) and woke suddenly feeling like I was about to puke. I made it to the bathroom and puked and a bunch came out my nose. It burns so bad. I puked/heaved for probably 10 minutes. I have no idea where this came from, I haven't been sick in weeks:(

hahaha i somehow puke out of my nose EVERY TIME i throw up. i think i lean my head forward too much or something-- it's the worst!! then you have puke smell/remnants in your nose for the rest of the day.

If it makes you feel any better....my husband and I had food poisoning yesterday. At 4am, I was trying to feed the baby but got the "panic" feeling where I knew something bad was going to happen. Ran into the bedroom, put the baby safely on the floor and a nano-second later, projectile vomited all over the bedroom carpet.
I didn't hit the baby and I made it into the bathroom for the next round but ugh. The carpet. -

I would not wish this upon anybody. My nose felt so terrible. I have had a lot of gastric reflux and I think I laid down too soon after eating when I got home. So I had some reflux that made me gag, and triggered the whole thing. That is all I can really think of.
Thanks for the sympathy ladies, just one of those days where I just want to lay curled up with a warm pack on my back and eat soup, but alas I must head back to work soon.
