I feel you. I tried to just ignore it this morning. For 50 minutes she just whined and pouted while I ignored it. Finally I had to take her to the bathroom so we called a truce.

Oh no! Maybe she's asleep by now? Sleeping stops it, right?

I totally feel you. Our best whining remedy is going outside for a few minutes. Then again the whining to get shoes on is sometimes even worse.

Yes... We call that the "radio off" button. It gets
worse the more words and logic they have. Sadly..

DS talks all. the. time! Thankfully he stopped whining at a young age but still, a mute button would be nice sometimes!
Hope you got some peace & whine less time!

@Rubies: she's been bipolar baby lately. maybe she knows her world's about to get rocked?
she'll play well and happily by herself, then something will happen and she'll run over to me for hugs and holding. if I ignore her the whining starts!
of course she always comes to me while I'm in the kitchen doing the dishes or cooking..

Oh, the whining. Wagon Jr. is definitely old enough now to stop himself, but sometimes he still whines and I cannot stop myself from saying "are you WHINING right now???" ahhhh....
