So a good friend of mine is expecting her first lo to come around September and I wanted to give her something that I thought would be helpful. I'll of course get her something off her registry (b/c I know how we all dislike not getting the things we actually SAID we needed), but I thought I'd add something specifically for her..... a Mommy "survival guide" so to speak.

I was thinking of compiling all the info I've found on ebf'ing (since she wants to bf), care for herself like vitamins to help in pp, baby care like how we all suggest the 5 S's, etc and make a binder or something like that and just organize it with a wealth of info.

She's not real big on the internet and such so she usually asks me questions concerning pregnancy, l&d, and bf'ing anyways. I thought this would be a good thing that she could have on hand... so when she's freaking out about baby acting a certain way or struggling with bf'ing in the middle of the night she could just reference the "survival guide".

Thoughts? Good gift or nay?
