Anyone have one? How did it affect your pregnancy? Getting pregnant?

I am 8 weeks, 5 days along and at my midwife appt today, my midwife mentioned in passing that I had one...something I had never heard by any GYN before. She only mentioned it because she tried to listen for the heartbeat with the doppler and couldn't find it - she mentioned that (1) it was still probably way to early to hear the heartbeat on the doppler and (2) because my uterus is tilted the baby could be hiding behind...?

But by then I had been at the office for 2 hours, was tired, and had just gotten a lot of information and FAILED to ask follow-up questions. I e-mailed my midwife asking questions about this, but haven't heard anything back yet. In the meantime, I thought I would reach out and see if any others have experience with this. Dr. Google says it's not a big deal 20-30% of women have this variation, etc.
