Hi all! I'm 17 weeks and have had bad hip/lower back / sciatic nerve pain. I work from home and have been unable to exercise like I was pre preg (5k's) due to nausea and energy. I talked to my doctor and will try some midday walks, and got a low impact easy pregnancy workout DVD. But any tips for sleeping?? When I lay down at night it's agony. Maybe a thin or small pillow to go under my back? I'm usually better on my side but even just relaxing pre-sleep sucks. Anything work to give you restful sleep?
And any tips for finding a chiro would be great. The Cigna website BLOWS and I have no idea what type of chiro to look for. We don't have many friends in FL/Orlando so rec's are out. Thanks for the advice HB buddies!
