I'm in the first trimester phase where I get super nauseated if I get hungry and only a few things sound edible. I've been trying to eat smaller meals/snacks, throughout the day. I've been fairly successful with smaller meals because eating a bigger meal makes me nauseated, too. I stepped on the scale and noticed I had already gained 2 pounds. I suppose it could be partly from insane bloat and a rapidly growing chest region, but it's making me anxious about weight gain. I'm really trying to not gain much weight since I'm on the fluffying side already.

Does anyone have any good tips on how they managed their pregnancy weight?
