@mrsjyw: Can you tell this is my first baby? only 5 weeks and already freaking out about everything! We're not telling family until at least 12 weeks - so I have no one to ask except the bees!

@Mrs.Ham: heheh that's what we're here for! i was the same way last year, found out at 5 weeks and freaked out over every little thing. stay away from dr.google, come here first and then your doctor!

And FWIW, my doctor stated that any CM that you're having is normal as long as it's similar to your pre-pregnancy CM. If it really changes (color, quantity, etc), then check in again, but otherwise he told me not to worry.

@Mrs. Ham Totally normal. In fact I feel as if it increases as you go along. I use and change pantyliners a lot.

Sounds totally normal. I would stock up on pantyliners now. You're in for months of extra CM.

I had discharge all 3 trimesters. Went through a lot of pantiliners.
