Yesterday, I drank a coconut water (17 fl. oz) and then later an orange juice (10-12oz). This was in addition to my prenatal. As a newly pregnant bee, I read about too much vitamin C could do harm to my seed inside me. Did I overdue the Vitamin C yesterday? I just want to my new resident to stick, stick and be a healthy, happy baby.
I got a cold during my first trimester and took tons of Vit C in supplement form to get rid of it. I'm now nearly 32 weeks pregnant with a baby boy who won't stop kicking me. Babies are heartier than we like to think. A few "mess-ups" along the way are nothing to torture yourself over. Think how many healthy babies were born in the days before all these rules. Heck, they've even changed significantly since we were born and we're just fine, right? Congratulations and try to enjoy it!
