I have been searching high and low for an app I can use to track how many servings of each food group I'm getting each day. I know I can just "eat right" and not worry about it, but I'm interested in whether I'm getting enough calcium, grains, etc. and I really don't want to have to track it by hand, looking up servings, etc. I cannot find anything like this anywhere, is it true that it just doesn't exist? Or are there regular nutrition trackers available that will track how many servings of each group you're getting -- not just number of calories, etc. (which I'm not concerned about)?
