What is your go to travel stroller? We have a large Britax B-Ready that I love, but it's not practical for travel. We also have an older Britax B-Agile that I love/hate. Ours doesn't have a very supportive back and it seems to reclined (boo.) We have an upcoming trip that I need a good compact stroller for our toddler. Recommend me one.

Maclaren. We have the Techno XT, which used to be our main stroller but is now our travel stroller. It has been tons of places and always holds up to being checked in the airplane. If I had to buy a new one specifically for travel, I would consider the Globetrotter model.

We have a Maclaren Mark II. It is pretty bare bones but we bought it because it is the lightest on the market (7 lbs). Easy to open and close, and you can carry it on your back. I think it sits up pretty straight (LO prefers it to our other stroller, the city mini GT, which is more reclined, I think). Not sure how supportive the back is though. It is a very thin material with no extra padding.

We have a mountain buggy nano. I love how small it folds- watch the video, it's really compact. It opens and closes very quickly and easily but does require two hands. You can attach any infant car seat without any special adapters, which is nice if you plan to have more babies. The recline is very nice, though we almost always just use it upright.
Cons- it doesn't push as smoothly as a full size stroller, and tiny little things like screws have come loose. Nothing we couldn't fix just annoying considering the cost. We got a floor model for a great deal though.

We have the Uppababy Cruz, which is their "basic" umbrella stroller. I like that it's light and will stand up by itself when folded, the basket is reasonably sized although not terribly big, and it has a cup holder. I also like that it reclines and has a sunshade for on the go naps. I feel like its most upright mode is a little more reclined than my son would like on a regular basis, though.

We have the Chicco Liteway as our travel/every day stroller. It's held up well and offers 2 reclining positions in addition to the upright position.
Basket isn't very big and neither is the sunshade though.

we use an uppababy gluxe when we travel as well as day-to-day since our daycare only has room to store umbrella strollers, and it's mostly great. my one complaint is that the wheels are very squeaky, but that's after over a year of heavy use (3-4 days/week). we also have a cruz, which I much prefer for daily use but def not for travel

If you're willing to make an investment (or can find one used), the BabyZen YoYo is amazing. It is so light, but I find pushing it comparable to pushing the Bugaboo Bee. It folds very easily and can be carried like a handbag right onto the plane. I put it under my LO's seat, and no one even realizes I brought a stroller on board, so they don't hassle me.

We have the nano too and love it. I appreciate that it comes with a travel bag too. Knock on wood, we haven't had any issues with anything coming loose.
Oh and the combi coccoro convertible seat will fit in it too! Being able to use it as a car seat cart is a big plus!

we have an UB gluxe. we love it. its not super compact but it also doesn't feel like a flimsy umbrella either. DH likes it more than our big stroller a lot of the time.

@Cole: I wonder if we have had a couple minor issues like the loose screws because it was the floor model (considering the deal we got in ok if that's the case!). We also had the first generation that had an issue with the front wheels locking but I understand all new ones are fixed anyway (and they sent us a repair kit).

@Foodnerd81: that would make sense. I have never tried locking our front wheels. I was a nanny for ten years and now have a one year old and I have never figured out the point... (Aside from running which clearly we don't do with an umbrella stroller)

@Cole: no I don't see the point in locking the front wheels of most strollers either, especially an umbrella one. The issue was that they would lock on their own. It was just a faulty spring but it was annoying until I remembered to change it (but MB sent the replacement within a week of me calling- it was my delay in changing it).

Oh! I just realized we also have the gluxe, not the Cruz - I got them mixed up!
@nana87: we also have a problem with squeaky wheels!
