Worst for small businesses - I don't know much but my cousin who owns a small shop is constantly complaining about small business laws so maybe it's true!

I do have to admit though, pedestrian safety is terrible here in central FL. I always joke that you can bet the evening news will include three things: a person hit by a car, a car driven into a store/house, and some ridiculous crime--this weeks gem was "Dressed like Rambo, gun-wielding man attacks patrons at bar". Because really, if you're going to try and kill someone, you might as well be dressed like Rambo.

Home state: Lowest rate of ppl going to the dentist. Not bad I guess. Does that mean we all have bad teeth? I think our teeth are okay. Ha!
Current state: Lowest rate of HS graduates. I could see that, but would have thought of many other things that we were the worst at!

Well, when a tornado comes you don't have much time to figure things out, so I can see that! Plus there's so many 'warnings' that a lot of people start to just ignore them -
