Hi all! I have never posted on here before but I just found out I'm 4 1/2 weeks pregnant and I'm excited but in all honesty, I'm terrified! Yep, this will be my first... can you tell? 
Since I cannot get to my dr. for a month I'm so nervous somethings going to happen. How do people make it through the wait to get the doctor's confirmation {even though I've taken 4 tests and they all say the same thing}? What helped you not worry so darn much?!

Congratulations! The biggest thing to do is to relax and start taking a prenatal vitamin!

There is not much you can do except stick with pregnancy safe food and drink and eat healthy! Start taking pre natal vitamins and just live your life as normal. Worrying sort of comes as part of a package deal when you're a momma!

Congratulations and welcome!! The only thing that helped me get through was knowing that most pregnancies are healthy and that I had no reason to believe that mine wouldn't be. That said, I still worry - but I think that comes with the parenthood territory.

Congrats! There's nothing that a visit to the doctor's office is going to change in regards to your pregnancy, so just enjoy the fact that you are definitely pregnant right now and your pregnancy is most likely progressing normally.

Yaaay, congrats! Enjoy not feeling like crap for as long as you can and stock up on ginger candies in case nausea pays you a visit--that's my advice for early pregnancy. Also, eat as healthy as possible now, because if/when you start getting sick, you might not be able to force down many nutritious things.

Congratulations and welcome to this amazing (even though sometimes scary!) experience For now, just make sure to take extra good care of yourself, eat well, get lots of rest, and take your vitamins.

Congratulations!!! There's really not a whole lot to help with the worry. Just take it one day at a time, and one week at a time. You'll notice the further you get in, the less you worry. I remember that first week (4 weeks), I was sooooooo scared every time I went to the bathroom that I would see blood. But when I got to 5 weeks, I only freaked out about half the time! So it does get easier! Good luck to you!

Congratulations! I found out super early (at 3w4days) and it was agony waiting around. My first scan is at 7 weeks (on Tuesday!) and I'm so excited. Try and be as patient as you can be. x
